How i can protect my pigeons from falcons or hawks?

You can't protect them unless you never let them out, but obviously that's not practical and what you can do is let them have specific excersize times say twice per day for an hour.

I have withour success tried tried all the so called methods and none have worked.

Visually you can't tell. There is only one way to tell and that's to race them.

Hawks killed my pigeons when I let them flyout and there are alots of hawks

watching, just becareful and keep them inside your high cage so they can fly over inside....
