a video not merely about love, but A love--obviously, the greatest love of this very sensitive artist's life, or, at the very least, the greatest love that he has--as of yet--ever experienced. his anguish and sorrow at losing her is every bit as evident as his overwhelming passion for her, and all three emotions dominate every scene of this visual tour-de-force, with the desolation of an open--and most lonely--endless road symbolizing powerfully--and brilliantly--his insuperable sense of loss.
