  • I want to use them for resistance, not assistance. What is a good band to begin with ( I already do weighted pull ups but want to spice things up a diff kind of resistance)?

  • whats the best bands to use

  • after elbow surgery I started with power bands for pull up training. 3 weeks with 100 lb band( I weigh 230 lbs@ 6'3") 3 weeks with 60 lb bad and 3 weeks with a 30 lb band. 1st attempt at dead hand pull ups resulted in 7 pull ups. Power bands work if you put in the training.

  • where did you get the different colored bands? Thx

  • how many metres are the bands?

  • Great Idea, thanks!!
