CrazyDevy - The King's Power Parts CDMW-11

My little Review & Complaints about the newest Predaking Add-on Set from CrazyDevy. So not worth the $75.00 I paid. My poor G1 Divebomb's backpack is ruined, the wing gears are stripped due to the weight of the add-ons. :(

Did something better, I actually used a then sheet of plastic to do that. Sadly even that didn't work, the teeth were stripped :( but it's okay I got divebombs guns holding up the wings for now. :)

thanks for talking about the weight of those wings. I was excited to get those, but now I'm thinking twice.

Not a prob. they are heavy but I've been hearing the new reissue predaking doesn't have any issues so far.

Hey at least now we can both say we were test subjects of those wings eh? :) Sure, I was a bit irritated, but then I remembered I can always buy another Divebomb and replace the backpack. I have to say though I do like CrazyDevy's Black Wing replacements more than the original soft plastic ones

would bluetack under the wings hold it up (for display purposes)?

Had the same issue with mine after doing the upgrade. My fix was to take a pencil eraser and place it under each wing - the same as you did with Divebomb's guns. The erasers are smaller, stay in place when moved and don't give such a high pitch to the wings. The wings look really cool but it was definitely a "D'oh!" moment when after the upgrade the wings would not support the weight.

Just got my encore version from UPS and was going to buy these to make it better and I saw this. I'm sorry about your Predaking. Good point is that all you have to do is buy a divebomb instead of the set but it's still BS that you even have to do that to say the least! I'm going to definitely pass now. Thanks.
