I can understand the vow against getting plastic surgery, since I'm very against it. To me, it's one of the Hollywood evils. Courteney is beautiful just the way she is and David will still love her 30 years from now. May I just say add, David is looking muy caliente!!! lol He's such a cutie! ;D
