LOST - Dead Island

The trailer for the video game Dead Island is the best trailer I have ever seen in any media. The way it was edited and the music with it made it amazing.

But what struck me was how the music from the trailer reminded me of the music from LOST. So I took clips from the Pilot and the Finale of the show and did a similar format of the Dead Island trailer.

The masterminds behind the music in the Dead Island trailer are Giles Lamb (Composer), Kahl Henderson (Sound Design) and Tom Griffiths (Sound Design) from Savalas.

I never realized how great the similarities were between Jack's first day on the island (running through the jungle after his dad, ending up that area that with the bamboo, and Vincent) and his last moments (limping through the jungle, ending up in the same bamboo area, Vincent makes an appearance again) and even stuff as small as the shoe hanging from one of the stalks at 0:36 and 0:55. In essence, the story, like any good story ends exactly where it began. If prefer this to the actual ending.

@Fletcheerr It's not an easter egg, its a real plane and there is a quest in the lighthouse that requires you to find it. It's in the jungle btw.

If you play dead island when you go to the lifeguard tower for the first time go upstairs and look up you will see a plane about the crash aka lost easter egg :D
