I have lactose intolerance, so i need to use soya for protein. what is the problem with soya?

OHMIGOD! All of this time I've been making my Lean Desert Protein Shakes with Skim Milk or Occasionally Orange Juice! Is this a BAD thing? I thought because I only use Skim Milk that it was ok. I've been an avid Skim Milk drinker for the last 22 years. What about Orange Juice? Should I stop that as well?? Is it better to only make Protein Drinks with water?? Please help!
