@numazu2 Muay thai is still better than sanshou. Muay thai got owned? How? People see only sanshou dogs running around and just scoring by throws. They didnt even try to fight ... sad n_n where is sanshou in MMA and UFC?

lol kickboxer should have punched more. muay thai guys have a weakness to punches. advice given to me by a professional muay thai fighter. they have super deadly kicks and knees and elbows. be careful punching dont wanna get in elbow range thats for damn sure he caught me with more than a few lol. I love these older videos of guys who are purist in their art. In todays mma you will find more hybrid styles. less weaknesses but they aren't nearly as neat.

@numazu2 Thats not true/. Both muay thai and kyokushin fighters usually to always fight under other ppl rules and they usually win by KO (It's not surprizing that muay thai and kyokushin are known for their efficiency). That's why I have respect to only kyokushin beside muay thai, especially mas oyama because he fought fairly and won fair and squre :)

@CreatedOnly4U As I said, whatever rules govern the sport will favor that competitor. Enter a Kyokushin tournament and the Kyokushin guy will beat anybody else, enter a TKD tournament and the TKD guy will win. And yes even MMA are governed by rules - the MMA guy will win in his arena.

Well full contact isint a door in its self its a term used for sports that require full contact. Hence "full contact" sport
