I've heard this one (as well as "Gerttin Sticky With It" and "Bimbo Number 5") attributed to one "Notorious B.I.L.", Who he really is remains a mystery.

I've found a fair number of parody songs played by morning radio shows are done by third parties (such as Bob Rivers) and packaged for re-use by multiple stations across the country. For example, I first heard 'Mo Booty' on a 'morning zoo' program in New York City.
