This is absolutely freaking ridiculous. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO USE THE WORD "CHRISTMAS".
Go to the federal holidays website for the government of the United States, and you will see that they observe DECEMBER 25 AS A NATIONAL HOLIDAY, and that the name of this holiday is titled "Christmas Day" in their OWN TEXTS.
This mayor is SADLY MISINFORMED.

You are absolutely 100% right!!!
What makes me soooo pissed off is that all the politician are so worried about being politically correct and wanting to go with the flow of one world order that they are trying to strip us of all our traditions.....Christmas last time I checked is a National Holiday...... I wonder when this will change.

It's shocking how little common sense these nimrods have. I mean, I'm not a Christian but I celebrate Christmas. And as you can see, I am vocal about it being called "Christmas", not "holiday".
Do I celebrate the birth of Jesus? Yes, sure! He is one of the most famed historical figures in humanity, why can't we all celebrate his birth? Do non-blacks celebrate Martin Luther King Day? YES!! Why can't non-Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus of Nazareth?
