Much of our bottled water comes from municipal water systems at a cost of about 7000 times tap water. The environmental cost to make and discard the bottles is high and unnecessary. 20 million barrels of oil are used each year to make the bottles. An estimated 60 million plastic water bottles are thrown away each day. We would not know this if independent watchdog groups and independent media had not scooped corporate media with the story.

  • Aquafina water sucks! It's from tap water and yet they make millions! Fak them!

  • To "think ouside the bottle" is clever marketing for something that is simply tap water. Besides the plastic pollution, imagine the amount carbon dioxide produced by the trucking of such huge amounts of water. Humans are very susceptible to the "placebo" or "nothing" effect via corporate marketing. "We think; therefore we are." Do many of us really think?

  • Old Lithium Batteries needs to be filtered through the Sheeples livers ! to save the Planet !!..This is why we need Governments, remember ?..We are unable to Govern ourselves for some reason !?...We looked to the Almighty for guidance...And now we are guided by Man (Lucifer's inbred Elite)..hmm

  • Whoever thought we'd be payin for water? And it cost about the same as gas. Just a thought.

  • Use a brita filter to rid of those contaminents.

  • Any company that sells straight tap water is a criminal enterprise, unless they label the water "tap water" (none do).

However, even sewer water can be converted into absolutely pure water by repeated filtration, distillation, evaporation and other purification techniques.

Without any doubt I prefer bottled water come from high altitude natural springs. But I can taste & smell chlorine/fluorine in tap water, but in few bottled waters. So most must be distilled or better. No? Careful!

  • Years ago I bought a couple of different brands of bottled water, and they tasted worse than the water from my own tap. Never bought it again, just bought a small container I could take with me after filling it at home.

Bottled water got popular because of vain people who thought it made them look good carrying around a bottle of EXPENSIVE bottled water. Vain people are gullible.

People have to quit worrying about the latest trend and just use their heads.

  • What about the fluoride in the tap water?

  • lol i never bought into the bottled water deal, this is funny but sad everyone is out buying it for nothing
