  • If I am right, the results of all these efforts were destroyed a few years ago, because part of the building was torn down?

  • I worked on the restoration of a 60 hp Fitz steel overshot waterwheel before the owner gave up, a subsequent owner of theplace scrapped everything just a few years ago, including the 1918 60 KW generator and switch board that was all intact since last used in the 1950's, a real shame.
