@DominoGray Sorry I was so rude. I'm glad you care enough to post.

`I wonder if the japanese were treated this poorly back in the 40s.`
I was letting him know the answer. I don`t recall saying anything about the histories of the entire world, or how American history compared to it. I simply said, `America does not have a nice history`, because it doesn`t.
-
@DominoGray Not true. Not all Japanese were thrown in there. Furthermore, there were German concentration camps in America too. Gee, we never hear about that. You tell me one nation that has a completely nice history. How childish is it to be shocked that a huge group of humans aren't anywhere near perfect? Grow up fast.
-
@carrtex How can you say he was overrated? He is one of the most empathetic, brilliant leaders of the time. Was he perfect? Of course not, nor is anyone. All great leaders are imperfect when you look carefully, but thats what makes them leaders...they're humans who moved beyond placed boundaries to further better mankind. King did that, and Savage will never match what king did.

How about black pride day or latino pride day do all races need a special day to feel proud how about we take time everyday to feel proud. How many whites died for cival rights and for the end of slavery?
-
Although I personally think that MLK was a great man, I agree with Savage, he was just a man. And if the politically correct folks want to turn Washington's birthday into a holiday for all the puppets of the New World Order, I mean the presidents. Then turn MLK day into Civil rights day....but for everyone, not just blacks.
-
Once again, it's called subtext. If I were to say, "I don't hate blacks, i just hate criminals and welfare leeches", it's a racist statement as it implies that this is what I expect of blacks. So when someone qualifies they don't hate 'all' muslims, just the lazy, terrorist kinds....it's really not an enlightened stance
Btw, concentration camp is synonymous with internment camps; the only difference is American history wanted a different word than the nazis.
-
@DominoGray no I respect him for the fact that he isn't acting like an inbred. I have met many people with the simple statement that they hate Islam. This man doesn't hate Islam or Muslims. He hates radicals. Also the Japanese weren't thrown into concentration camps; they are thrown into internment camps. Two very different things.
-
I know of your ilk? Did your mum and da' share a couple chromosomes?
-
You respect him for that? You respect him for implying that a group of people, 1.4 billion, are to be assumed to be terrorists or leeches? Do you have zero ability to infer subtext, or are you so used to racist hillbillies that this bullshit seems moderate and reasonable to you?
He's obviously an inbred, so I ignore him; but you need to not kowtow to this bullshit.
Btw, all Japanese were thrown in concentration camps. America doesn't have a nice history
Martin Luther King Jr hated Jews as well most racist brother I know.

I totally agree with Dr. Savage. George Washington did a lot more for this great nation than Martin Luther King ever did.
