How is CTR multiplayer comparing with Diddy Kong Racing and Mario Kart 64? somebody can explain me? I've never played it :(

I remember when I used to play with 4 players, playing 4 players is much more fun than 2, I just need to get 2 more ps3 controllers to be able to play 4 players on the ps3, and they will cost around £70 for 2 ps3 controllers, so its not going to happen anytime soon for me
