I am skeptical that there is a healthy, safe way to wear heels. Hoda's idea that doctors say the best thing to do is just avoid them is probably more accurate. I suspect that people like the instructor here do well with heels simply because they have such a strong core and legs that the heels don't have a noticeable ill effect. An example would be someone who has developed strong abs not having problems if they sometimes lift without bending their knees.

You should try heaven4toes products they do miracle, I found them at shoebuy.com so I order some Albe toes cushions for my open toe shoes and Donatella for all my strap shoes, I tell I use to get so many blisters and every shoe it rubes against my toe until finally from searching I found them and they took care of my problems.

Models these days have not one iota of a clue how to walk in heels it is disgraceful. They are nothing like Cheryl Tieggs, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Christie Brinkley to name a few or the past and present actresses either. They look terrible really do

I love Hoda, I often watch her and Kathy Lee in the morning. Sometimes Hoda wears her black 4 inch stiletto pumps and I am agast ! Sometimes she shows her feet and they are perfect, beautiful. Both ladies are very attractive ( I am middle aged). I wish Hoda would send me those pumps and I would worship them. Heartsick !
