WORD good video, i will be joining the bike courier community soon when i start work in several weeks. Questions, do u have to wear a helmut? what type of cloths is best to wear for bike courieing? how many km's do you do average in a day? im purchasing a electric power assisted bike so help me start off

You don't have to wear a helmet but you should. Clothing wear what you like. You'll do more K's as a courier than you would commuting. Get a bicycle, dont' fuck around with an electric assist it's a waste of time and money. Have fun, take care.
