Actually, the Netherlands benefited greatly from the Marshall Plan that my country paid(USA) to clean up your flattened mess of a Hilter-leftover that we sometimes call Holland. Without it, your economy would resemble Eastern Europe more than Western European nations like Spain. Spain on the other hand received none of the financial aid.
