Proud owner of several Le Creuset products, tried to find a pot to recreate Jim Laheys now famous bread-baked-in-a-pot. Not easy on todays pot market. Immediately thought of Le Creuset - only to find out that lid handles are teflon and therefore only capable of some 180 degrees. But hello: On their website Le Creuset told that they also market an aluminum handle especially for use in the oven, even with a recipe for bread baked in a pot. Now THAT is market awareness!
