This reporter can't follow directions? So, President Obama was still willing to answer his question. That clip wasn't racist, he was trying to take some questions from reporters from the host country.

a disappointing discourse marker the Chinese reporter spieled out was "unfortunately".... at least he misinterpreted Obama as one thing: he interpreted him as being hostile against Chinese reporter but Obama wasn't. He simply paid respect to host country's reporters. It was the Chinesw reporter being rude, not Obama.
