if the lady complaining thinks she can do better then join the fire department and maybe she will realize that a VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT needs to wait for the people to staff the trucks and then make the response. This call went 2nd alarm and they did a great job keeping it from spreading even more. they did all they could considering the conditions. remember people wind fans the flames and makes fire spread faster.
