  • nope pittsburgh has the steepest street just wasnt looked at by the book of world records

  • @eqbrim Canton Avenue, in Pittsburgh, United States; it is officially measured to be a 37% grade. [2][3] However, that angle of 37% only extends about 6.5 metres, whereas Baldwin Street's steepest part stretches considerably further.

so it is slightly steeper but the record is done of steepness over distance which baldwin st is steeper

  • i feel a video response for this maybe even a challange.. I may have you beat !!! : )

  • ooo! how can you beat the worlds steepest street though?? haha definately looking forward to seeing this!

  • Id have to take a big run up and push my self into the redline to get up that! infact, i dont think my bike would! Would most likly loose oil and seize. It is a 2stroke sports track bike though lol

  • hahaha nah i reckon you'd make it, i made it up there on my old 50cc scooter, although it was struggling and going 10kmph :P

  • could you imagine if there was black ice on that road in the winter. that would suck ASS!!!

  • i thought Lombard Street was the steepest

  • I dunno why they call it the steepest street. In Polish mountains, there are streets so steep that it's difficult to drive ( you can drive on 1st gear at the speed of no more than 10 km/h) the situation is even more difficult because of the snow in the winter.

  • was it cool going up

  • Great video. You drive on the left like we do in England! :-D
