  • @benbodia No dude im talking about full range of motion, lock outs damage joints yeah but look at the way he is pressing, he is asking for torn quads, damaged knees and torched hamstrings

    lmao, you have ur shit backwards bro, when u lock ur legs or ur arms when bench pressing is when u start doing some joint damage, this is coming from someone who has experimented with themselves and now i have bad elbows and knees from locking out when i was younger

  • These guys are doing this completely wrong. When doing leg presses you are suppose to lock your legs so sure there pushing have but the joint damage there doing is crazy
