Mechanic, stop being an idiot.
Every day, thousands of olympic lifters squat WELL below parallel. It is NECCESARY for their sport as they need to catch the heavy clean and snatch in a very LOW SQUAT position.
Even Powerlifters have to squat at parallel in order for their squat to count and parallel is defined as the crease of the hip lining up with the patella of the knee.
Just... shut up
