If Cindy Yen represent as San Francisco to participate at Miss Chinese International Pageant 2010 in HK. It would be interesting to see her on competition because she's the winner of Miss Chinatown USA 2009 not No.13. Even if Cindy participate this pageant. I don't think she have match for all contestant like Miss Hong Kong 2010 Toby Chan couldn't make it on Top 3.

I felt that she kinda deserve to win ( love her final speech ) , but I do not really like the question ( the room mate question ) she pose to Belle when she asked Belle why she's so outspoken with everyone and in the room she does not talk with her ..and Belle gave a smart answer =D
