Location:
This city hotel is located on the north east coast of Sardinia in Olbia, at the entrance to the Costa Smeralda, in a charming Roman Port facing directly out onto the sea. It also faces onto a harmoniously rich park of vegetation, with the historical town centre and the most beautiful beaches on the northern coast of Sardinia just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel enjoys a privileged position, faces on to one of the most important streets in Olbia Via Gabriele D'Annunzio where the most prestigious shops and commercial businesses reside. There are also many cafés in the vicinity perfect for relaxing after other activities. The bus and train stations are both in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and can be easily accessed on foot. Sassari is about an hour away by car.
Facilities:
The hotel offers to all guests maximum comfort in an exclusive, elegant and refined atmosphere. It was renovated in 2006 and offers 70 rooms in total. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe and lift access. A bar, restaurant and Internet access also feature. A laundry service is also provided. It has one congress room, plus 2 smaller meeting rooms, capable of accommodating between 10 and 150 people. The conference centre comes equipped to the highest modern standard and offers a complete range of services. Each room offers privacy and a reserved atmosphere and regardless of requirements it offers a suitable location for congresses, business meetings, presentation, press conferences etc. The staff is highly qualified, and can competently organise and arrange for coffee breaks or working lunch buffets if needed. Parking facilities are also available for guests arriving by car.
