  • eric,

    wonderful picture!

just wondering...did you use HDR pro in photoshop to merge all the different pictures together?

  • @MrCaptainpope Thanks. No I just used Photoshop and stacked all th layers on top or each other.

  • @EricWilliamCurry i see. thanks for the fast reply.

one more thing. whilst you're painting with the torch, are you actually within the camera's line of sight or are you painting from behind it? im assuming the exposures have to be really long so that you don't end up being in the photo right?

  • @MrCaptainpope the camera sees me all the time, i erase me from the protion of the photos I want to stack. check out myt book it is very helpful. it is an ebook at my web site. regards: eric curry

  • Really enjoy this type artistry, do you just set the focus to infinity and shoot, seems like keeping everything focused would be a nightmare? Just curious. Great work by the way.

  • @onedrummerchild77 Hi, Thanks. I focus for about 1.3 the way intot he image, 1/3 forground and 2/3 background, a tiny tiny bit in front of the main subject ...

  • Cheers eric look really cartooned in a way

  • @chubbychicken1234567 I use a hand held flood light lick campers or boaters use. I use a Brinkman Max Million flood light and a syperate battery. Yes I shoot a bunch of images then stack them. Take Care: Eric Curry

  • What flash did you use for the exposure do you just take photos of the plane and also light it and stick all the exposures together to get the final piece

  • @ozonerland Thanks for the kind words and complements. Good Luck shooting...Regards: eric Curry
