This guy is way too calm to not be in on the bit after being called out as a rip-off. He is absolutely in on the bit and that's why he doesn't sound too upset as they are questioning his integrity. If you get labeled as a thief that can get you black-balled in that industry and so if he was actually being accused of that he would be apoligizing profusely to try to protect his future career.
