  • @KISSARMYHQHD I'll be interested to see (well, hear) if Tommy has been allowed to have more of an influence on MONSTER as he said was going to have. I get the impression he is a bit a go-to guy for Paul and Gene, but they have to be careful that the sound doesn't stray too much from that classic KISS sound. Whatever happens I am sure it will be awesome. I can't wait for the heavier riffs.

  • @KISSARMYHQHD I hear ya. I am not convinced they'd have still been going, to be honest. Eric Carr was vastly under-used as a songwriter and musician, and he must have been so frustrated. This song was a classic example. Eric wrote it and Paul changed the style. Something would have had to give... and I am not sure Paul or Gene would have back then. They seem to have mellowed some in their old age, although they still call the shots.
