@texanfan4ever I'm a driver. So it affects me. I see drunk drivers almost EVERY night. Scary to think that my joy is more dangerous than the police.

Agreed. Its weird that I saw this video, I'm currently working on getting my drivers license. I think this is a sign/warning that I really need to be careful and watch out for other drivers. To be honest this is kind of scary video in the sense this can happen to anyone at anytime.
