Elria your absolutely right about taking the pictures cause even though the scale says that your staying the same or gained a couple pounds your body is actually slimming. I have been working out at the gym every day and often twice a day and would get on the scale and wouldnt move or gained a pound but everyone says that Im getting slimmer.Awesome video!

Elria, I can relate. I had to pee all the time. And if I had to go...I had to go. This is a great video...these are the things that matter.

(I used to have the pee problem, too - not any more!)
