@TheNYCDestroyed You should see it. It IS horrible (the "disaster" genre, already silly from the beginning, had jumped the shark LONG before they got to this movie) but hilariously so. Watch it with a group of friends, it's super fun to mock (as this trailer proves).

@TheNYCDestroyed it's basically recycled things off "towering inferno", "poseidon adventure" films. several of the familar actors appeared in it to void contracts, but they highly DISliked the film themselves, Holden was ill and so upset at it. Newman did not want to even make it, in his autobiographies and interviews he said the only thing he wished he didn't do was "that volcano movie". it's been nicknamed "blubbering inferno" or even better "when ideas ran out". just to inform you

This movie was not well accepted by critics at all....
They said horrible under B leveled disaster movie,
but this trailer makes me want to watch this.
