Part 14 is the final installment in our Wii Fit Plus Strength Training Playthrough. We tackle our final challenge, the Plank Challenge. I had already completed this challenge and achieved the 7-Star Guru Ranking, so this was basically just a replay. I can say this one is also pretty challenging. I would advise putting a towel across the board to save your forearms and just endure the pain. You might shake a little and break a sweat, but the end result is well worth your effort!
