I love this tutorial! Hand hooping is definitely the hardest for me, I think it's because it feels so unstable to me. I set up my extra room in my apartment so I can hoop in there and now I bring my laptop in and put your tutorials on full screen and practice. I'm having serious difficulty moving the hoop from in front of me to the side and back but i guess that just takes practice. Thanks for all your help!

When moving from the front to the side, think of it like slicing a pizza. Push up and then come down just a few inches to the right (or left), then push up and move over a few inches before you come down again. This will help you keep control. And I love that I get to practice with you in your practice room. How cool!

Caroleena, I just love this one. I got lost in hand hooping out in the yard about three days ago and just didn't want to stop! It was like a whole new world and I just loved it! You know who did this to me, introduced me to the beauty of hand work? Kimo! That awesome Kimo. You rock, Caroleena! Love you to pieces.

I like your pretty skirt Caroleeena! It's also really cute when you just get caught up in hooping and spinning, and then realize that you're making a tutorial video :) Love it! AND YOU!
