Why didn't u run your green flow all over your materials? It would have been faster, and you would have got the same part. Can u show your part from the underside?
you dont want the green flow medium over the whole part as it causes the part to infuse to quickly, when the resin hits the peel ply it slows down and compresses the laminate,, cheers
hi there, the reason for using a funnel is so the resin is already at the clamp as i fill the funnel before releasing the clamp and on the other side of the clamp is under vacuum so you dont get any air at all, i now have a bigger funnel so i dont have to pour it in, i am making a couple of test flat panels.. thanks for the comment. mike

you would of sucked in a bit of air when releasing clamp.
keep clamps as close to resin source as possible - minimize air.
Cant say ive ever seen anyone do it through a funnel and pouring it...but hey - seems to work. good work. What were you making?
