it's a High Raw Life #50 Onion Rings and Onion bread Stix

To make some yummy Onion bread stix you will need: 1/2 cup raw brazil nuts, 1/4 cup raw almonds, 1 1/2 Tbs ground flax seeds, 1/4 tsp sea salt Process together. one chopped onion, 2 tbs flax seeds soaked in water, mix nut crumbs, onion, and flax seed gloop together with 2 more TBS of ground flax seeds. Plop on non stick dehydrator sheet, form inot loaf, 105 for 6 hours, slice and put on mesh tray, dehydrate another 6 to 10 hours. Enjoy.

Hello,

I have sliced onions and put some salt and pepper and put them in the dehydrator, yummy. I have also put olive oil and salt and pepper, and I have tried N Yeast. Delish, of course you will have onion breath, but who cares.
