Blah day at provs. 120x/120/128x in the snatch, 160x/160/165x in the clean and jerk. Snatches I haven't been very consistent with in training, the power is there just need to fix some technical things (ie stop flinging it behind me). First clean I don't know if you can tell but I think the bar clipped my knee, wound up catching it a little in front, couldn't save it. Last clean was just a case of me being tired (maybe a combo of dropping weight, fighting a cold for the week preceding this, and having a front squat not dissimilar to that of a little bitch).
