I spent ten years exploring aspects of New Age philosophy. I was very sincerely and open-mindedly seeking the wisdom that is ascribed to this "inward search." Do you know what I discovered? It's a great way to make money without having to do much work, make much effort and produce anything worthwhile. Hmmm, sounds a little like religion, doesn't it? It is a great way for thoroughly mediocre people to be accepted...by morons, of course...as a learned teacher and healer. What utter crap!
