Laparoscopic liver resection of HCC in cirrhotic patient by Dr.Rakesh Shivhare.mpg

45 year male patient had Budd chiari syndrome with cirrhosis ,developed HCC in segment 2 .Preoperative patient had history of hepatic vein angioplasty and RFA of 2 cm lesion in segment 2.Patient had again rise in alfa fetoprotein after 1 month.Tumor board has decided for resection.Preoperative alfafetoprotein was 3000.Patient underwent laparoscopic resection of segment 2 by Dr.Rakesh Shivhare.Postoperative patient did well.Alfafetoprotein decreased significantly.
