  • @smoovovi if you cannot run try as an alternative swimming its easier on the joints and works full body

  • if i brisk walk in the morning and eat six small healthy meal a day can i lose weigth and be skinny or do i have to jog in the morning to lose weight hope not cuz i cant jog cuz i got joint problem what u suggest can i lose weight with brisk walking or is not enougth to lose weight cuz everytime i jog i get pain like in less than a week on my leg and cant work out for like months

  • @SonOfTheLord17 i had something like that once .. then i bench pressed for a few months till my chest got bigger and it wasn't as obvious

    Everyone has muscles, in fact everyone has six pacts the only difference is that you work out to make them visable (and burn the fat).

    So if you want visable abs then losing the fat would be your first step.

  • Hey man I think that those workouts are very hard but it is possible to do. I really like your workouts and I hope to be ripped like you. Hey I just have a question, what happens when a person gets an uneven chest, I mean one chest in smaller and the other one big?
