  • Ya I'm a little curious to how this fire was a called a 7 alarm fire? It was a good working fire and all, but there is no way in hell that fire was a 7 alarm fire...still a good video overall...

  • This WAS a 7-Alarm Fire! I was driving the first-in apparatus. It went 2 alarms for man-power.

  • Being 1st in on this Call was crazy, I was the District Chief for a neighboring Department, and had just left my station, when someone said bye Chief, we will see you on the Big one. All jokes aside, being 1st due there was no flames visible, just heavy smoke. Also pretty cool to see the annoying tow-truck drivers dragging cars out for Ladder 75. Don't bash this video for the lack of fire or question the reasons why Command kept calling alarms. We had issues with trucks not fully manned.

  • This is and always will be my face video

  • Too bad theres the music that ruins it, rather hear the fire radio and whats actually going on.

  • all of the time & with them having water issues, They needed extra tankers, So people like nfl01986 ( Im not being an asshole to you, really !) or some one who is with a major city fire dept. May not understand how this is a 7 alarm fire.

  • Not breaking balls at all ! But there is a difference between a big city's 7 alarm like Woodway Square, Houston distribution,or Lockwood street fire that one was 6 alarm actually vs Spring's 7 alarm. AGAIN NOT BUSTING BALLS ! Like bravestonline said it was for man power, Not due to the size of the fire, and yes this is a good burner ! nice work Spring. The only reason for commenting is due to nfl01986 comment thinking the # of alarm, means how big the fire is vol service may not have 4 per truck

  • God Bless all u fire fighters who risk your lives to save all of us...I mean that from the bottom of my heart!

  • @nfl01986 Good working fire? Multiple units were on fire and im not talking about rooms, But branches of the Hotel, You can tell from the Aerial pics it was a large working fire, Hence the reason for the 7 Alarms and 52 Trucks.

  • the music coulda been toned down to background music so that we could focus more on the video also if there was radio chatter that woulda been nice to hear for a more dramatic effect.

  • Why the music?

  • sweet video i am going to go to firefighter school this year
