@mumi911 What do you mean by practise?? You want me to spend time focusing objects and people just for the sake of it and ill see the energy fields? Why you no tell us HOW we can see these energy fields? The HOW is what really matters... Put an object in front of you and focus on it, what a magic thing!! I am really interested in seeing auras (i did it when i was younger) but this kind of comments drive me mad, im sorry, I had to comment this!! ;)

@mumi911 HOLY CRAP YOU MEAN THATS WHAT IT WAS?? just like 15 minutes ago i was doing a concentration excercise in which you must stay concentrated on a pen. after like 2 minutes i saw a weird blue color all around the pen, but when i stopped concentrating it went away. i cant believe i actually saw freakig AURA! :DDD

Take an object, place it and yourself in dimmed light.
Relax and focus behind or a little off the object.
You should now begin to see a faint band of energy around the object.
With practice you should be able to see auras in full daylight and colors.
