Omg ! I tried the black tea rinse one time and I hadd very little to no shedding. Before I tried it, I started to have excessive shedding and everytime I put my fingers through my hair, there were really long strands coming out at one time. Now, I feel like I saved my hair a lot. Thanks to this tutorial ! You rock ! I got results right after the first use.

how often do you do this?

I'm glad you asked that question because that was on my mind as well, gotta definitely try this, the vid may be almost 1 year old but I've been hearing more and more that this works!

Oh I meant to mention that if you henna and use black tea to mix it, you get double the benefit :-) Conditioning from the henna and the anti-shedding from the black tea

how often will you do this? doesn't it make your hair feel strange? I would think the acidity of the tea would have the hair feeling odd. Even if you shed less right after, the true test would be down the line if the shedding continues to be much less.
by the way I'm RadBrownBeauty on Twitter. I couldn't change my name her on YT LOL

I have always been a shedder, but I couldn't tell a difference in my hair. I think it is just the way my hair is.

yep i tried a few days ago and the shedding was less. definitely.

does the tea make your hair darker?

I did this on Sunday & my hair feels a little bit stiffer than normal. I also did a bentonite clay application before I did the tea rinse & deep condish. I wonder if the clay has something to do with my hair feeling a little stiffer this week? I'll try it again this Sunday without the clay to see if my results differ any. Thanks for the info!
Do you rinse the black tea before putting the deep conditioner in, or leave the tea in and put deep conditioner in?

@soufwesthoustontx leave it in and add the deep conditioner to it

Great vid hun!!! We'll have strong hair together..... I'm doing the rinse for a month to six weeks and then do a review. But I'm noticing a difference already. Thanks for the shout out :).
