Ford Escape. I used to work on these when I worked for them. Fuck...never connected the dots. Thanks for this vid, always a pleasure.

I thought of some corny comment to make - if the world could become a more fun place to be in, we wouldn't have to ESCAPE. I haven't researched it completely, but I do know there were times throughout history when world travel was possible without fear for one's life.

Hang on, did one of those signs say escape from New York? Honestly, who would want to escape from New York? I mean, maybe Neil Simon's the Out-of-Towners, but who else?

apparently you can escape from new york by eating pizza

The desire to escape is simply a reflection of peoples' tendency to always search for the easy way out. Of course, the less often sought and much more difficult alternative to escape is CHANGE.
The desire for escape comes when there's a problem with yourself or a problem with the world. While lazy, overfed people aim to escape, wise/dedicated people strive for change. That is, they change themselves or they change the world.

seems both go hand in hand
the only real and lasting way to transform the outer world is to work on the inner world

I liked the "Escape Adulthood Show with Kim and Jason" - is that for real? I'm always looking to escape adulthood . . .
