@mozzperu What helped make the Smith's sound was the drumming and bass style combined with Marr and Morrissey to create something special. None of the members of the group have been close to making similar magic after the break up of the group.

in a way, i'm glad they broke up, because I'd hate to have seen a slow downfall, because they had prime music, and only prime music.

look at people like U2, who keep going, and have such un-known new songs.

would be a shame to see that now.

@mozzperu No, rourk if he wrote the Bass lines, he's alowed a bit more, but i agree, even i could ahve been in Mike Joyces shoes... and i consider myself a guitar player, i only drum for fun...
