hey man just seen that you subscribed to my channel. Just watching your jerk there, two simple things- when you dip imagine that you are scratching your back on a post and it should never leave that post on the dip or drive. Also when you dip, try not to let your knees come forward too much, actually allow them to drift out to the sides more than to the front. Take your time and it will come. Its still tough for me as I make one mistake after another.
