    Do you know any organic produce markets in Toronto, the only one I found that has a good amount of organic greens is Organic Planet at Bathurst and Hwy 7?

  • Hey Yuri, my problem is similar to the first question you answered in this video,

    but my situation is a bit different. Instead of me not being able to gain weight, its more of being able to gain it easily, but I'm a ectomorph too. They call this " skinny fat" I think, so I have gotten 4 years of weight training experience ( Im 15 now ) and I've put a fair amount of muscle but Im still seen as a skinny guy.

    I've been told to bulk , what do you think I should do?

  • im 15,about to be 16,and i need to loose about 20 pounds of fat,ive been working out for a couple of months now and ive gotten stronger and i have built some muscle but i just dont seem to loose the fat that i need to loose,what diet and work out plan do you think i should follow???its only about 18-20 pounds.

  • I have Vince's No Nonsense Muscle building and the program is great... Everything you need to know to workout and to get somewhere is there...

  • You may be a skinny guy but your arms are awesome! I used to be skinny but now I have the opposite problem. I always love seeing skinny guys put on muscle because their muscles are solid and well defined. Guys with extra weight tend to get fat muscles.
