@mageac I got the license and it's $600.00 here in Ga. All spirits have to be distilled into a minimum 1% gasoline container. You can't run your alcohol into a clean container. Get caught with pure alcohol, and your through!, it's $5000.00 fine and posible license revoked........... I pay (89 cents) a gallon for E85 ; )
@OrganicDrew dude you're wrong. It's RIGHT THERE on the ATF website. No legal for distribution OR private use. .. BUT of course who the fuck listens when all you need is a pressure cooker lol.. it's a fraud law that anyone with a brain recognizes as a non-issue.
@badvegan I know a Federal District Judge and he's told me otherwise, The Federal and State Governments are limited by the rights of the people. It is a right to distill alcohol not a mere privilege. The IRS has codes and they apply to the commercial use be it private or public. "bet you thought you had to be public to be commercial" If you use Federal Reserve Notes then you are subject to the code, or if you have a SS Number or EIN or TIN number. See Hale v. Hinkel Page 201 U. S. 74
@OrganicDrew I am concerned that people may be taking your legal advice. I am not a lawyer however: IRS Code 26 USC 5601 prohibits the unlicensed use of a still for either public or private use.
In addition states regulate stills. My state Texas requires a DISTILLER'S AND RECTIFIER'S PERMIT
