@Krisnaduaja: The original Transformers were created by Primus. Some time after Primus went dormant, the Quintessons conquered Cybertron & enslaved the ancient Transformers. The Quintessons split the TFs into two groups: the Consumer Goods were laborers (later became the Autobots) while the Military Hardware (the forerunners of the Decepticons) were for security/defense.
These groups ultimately revolted & drove the Quintessons off Cybertron. Source: Five Faces of Darkness, TFS3.

i discovered the lines is used in the game "war for cybertron"
an autobot says it when he is dropped into an energon pit in the decepticon prison, the level where optimus sideswipe and bumblebee get arrested and taken to kaon prison

I really confused, so who create the transformers, is it Primus, or the Quintessons?

I guess "innocent" is where they give you a "fighting chance" to survive, while guilty they keep the restraints on.

@roboguy75 Because the Quintessons had complete disregard for anything but themselves. They were a race of greedy beings who tried to enslave or "buy" anything or anyone who they saw as a threat.
The Quintessons were so cool, though.
