  • Just say hello you bellend.

  • @DNjingerz hahhaha, okay :(

  • what about highya and toodeloo. That might be a bit too camp. you could, as your 9 hour shift progresses use different words to relieve the monotony.

  • @WeeGrahamsaccount You speak words of wisdom, and NOTHING is too camp for me......

Not gay though, just thought I'd remind everyone.

  • You could just say 'hey'. Although I guess that might lead to the confusion that you were trying to peddle agricultural produce....

  • @Virini You see the dilemma's that arise now

  • lmaooo totally have my pants off right now but am not looking at naked ladies....

    not looking at anyone naked

    ok now its just weird..

  • Just say aloha. That will eliminate all possible confusion.

  • itll be epic

  • just say: yellow

  • I've been working in a pharmacy for a while, so now I just say "good morning, good afternoon," or "good evening." When customers are leaving, I say to everyone "have a great day" or "have a great evening." It sounds professional and doesn't get confusing, I think. I have to keep looking at my watch though to switch from "good morning" to "good afternoon."

  • "Attached to your receipt is going to be an invitation to take our customer satisfaction survey. If you go online or over the phone and let us know how we did you'll be entered to win a thousand dollars or an ipod touch."

HOW THE FUCK DO ALL MY CUSTOMERS HEAR 20,000?!

Do you know how ridiculously annoying that is? I've pretty much given up on even telling them they might win something. Most of them don't believe me anyway. I don't believe me.

  • that happened to me a lot when i worked in a supermarket. it really bugged me! i ended up resorting to "now then" and "ta-ra!" but i think that's only acceptable with a yorkshire accent...
