Listen to one of the most influential and important pieces in musical history! Made by Gustav Holst in 1921, which is 88 years ago. Three movements are in this Suite, they are called Chaconne, Intermezzo, and March. Listen to the reharminization of Gustav Holst's work in the movements Chaconne and March!

...I've been told that this piece was written in 1909... but idk anymore... I'm sticking with 1909...

  • The beeps were encoded in this file, I had nothing to do with it. So deal with it, it's not going to go away,

  • The beeping is really the conductor swearing because the music sounds really good

  • i bet the conductor was up there whispering:

  • Hmmmm that beep is quite funny im all getting into the music and the beep ruined everything.....

  • Most people don't understand the piece was originally written with beeps in it. Sorta reminds me of my last heart attack.

  • It sounds great but its sooooo slow

  • Too slow.

  • not too easy on the trumpet.

  • As much as I love this peice, this recording is far too low in energy in some parts for my taste. For example, I would have told my percussion to go ahead and break the bass drum head, they make more everyday. I understand march's go at march tempo, but I felt I could have march to a funeral with how boring this recording was.

  • This was ripped from HalLeonard. Their edition has the low woodwinds added in the scalar tessitura at 1:22 - 1:40 (wrong notes included) HEHE

  • somebody ripped files from j.w. pepper...

    euphoniums rule!

  • Omg, i love thys peice. I hope my band sounds lyk thys :)

  • this is a really easy song to play. but my fav parts would hav to b the 2nd and 3rd songs
